Shamrock Elementary School, Woburn, Massachusetts

• $1.5M+ of site work was completed using our own crews and equipment and included the removal of 4,000+ yards of unsuitable soils and ledge and the placement of an equivalent amount of structural fill
• High water table necessitated significant dewatering for placement of structural fill, which was further complicated by the close proximity of the site to abutting wetlands
• Time sensitive project requiring constant oversight, coordination and scheduling of numerous sub-trades
