An effective quality control measure that we consistently adhere to revolves around the detailed review we give to shop drawings. We view the submittal process as a very important component to the overall success of a project, whether it is flagging long lead items to insure timely availability based on the project schedule, or identifying and calling out details on the shop drawings for review and comment by the design team. We simply do not stamp the shop drawings and forward them along, but rather we take the time to review and compare details and verify dimensions to insure that they match the contract drawings. In the field we closely monitor the work to insure that it complies with the highest standards. Principals are visible and present on every project and our superintendents are experienced and knowledgeable. We are particularly attentive to those details which will impact finishes and that discipline carries forward through final installations.
