St. Mary Parish Center for Faith Formation & Evangelization, Chelmsford, Massachusetts

This renovation and addition building project involves the complete demolition of a single story rear addition and the construction of an expanded two story addition in its place.  Also included in the project scope is the complete renovation of the original and historically significant front building.  The project was competitively bid and DeIulis Brothers was awarded the contract for construction after successfully negotiating a number of cost savings to bring the project within budget.
