DeIulis Brothers used its own crews to complete the complex and extensive concrete work required for this project. Highlights included:
Very restricted site with no mobilization or storage areas (the structure occupied 100% of the available site) located in a congested business district and at the corner of a major downtown intersection
High water table necessitated significant dewatering for concrete placement
Project completed five months ahead of schedule despite 10 week work suspension at the owner’s convenience
DeIulis Brothers used its own crews to complete the extensive masonry work, including detailed brick, granite and pre-cast veneer partially supported by steel lintels bolted to the concrete back-up wall
Limited site necessitated numerous crane mobilizations and staging operations to complete the concrete and masonry work
