DeIulis Brothers was a select invited bidder on this time sensitive renovation project with a winter construction schedule. DeIulis Brothers submitted the low bid and completed the project in time for the Club’s opening in the spring. The project was notable for the following:

  • DeIulis Brothers used its own forces to complete the key phases of the project, including demolition, site, concrete and carpentry work
  • DeIulis Brothers worked through an extremely difficult winter without adverse impact to schedule
  • Extensive interior carpentry finishes were expertly installed by DeIulis’ own carpenter craftsmen
  • Time sensitive and short duration project requiring concentrated and continuous commitment of resources
