DeIulis Brothers was a select invited bidder on this time sensitive renovation project with a winter construction schedule. DeIulis Brothers submitted the low bid and completed the project in time for the Club’s opening in the spring. The project was notable for the following:
DeIulis Brothers used its own forces to complete the key phases of the project, including demolition, site, concrete and carpentry work
DeIulis Brothers worked through an extremely difficult winter without adverse impact to schedule
Extensive interior carpentry finishes were expertly installed by DeIulis’ own carpenter craftsmen
Time sensitive and short duration project requiring concentrated and continuous commitment of resources
