Project Summary: 25,000 square feet of new construction, structural steel with masonry veneer, and 6,000 square feet of interior renovations to the adjoining North Shore Children’s Hospital

DeIulis Brothers provided pre-construction budgeting and scheduling for this project, which led to a negotiated construction contract. Built adjacent to and adjoining North Shore Children’s Hospital, this project was notable for the following:.

  • State of the art emergency care facility, with separate adult and pediatric departments
  • Extensive concrete, masonry and finish carpentry work that was carried out by our own crews
  • Construction activities carried out adjacent to and within functioning North Shore Children’s Hospital Emergency Department without disrupting operations
  • Multi-phased interior renovations to North Shore Children’s Hospital requiring precise coordination of work areas and final finishes
