DeIulis Brothers continues to make its mark in the premium single family home market, successfully negotiating the full scale restoration of and addition to this prominent historic home situated near Salem Common.
Project: Renovations and Addition for New Girls, Inc. Center, Lynn, MA Project Owner: Girls Incorporated of Lynn Architect: Architectural Renovations / Peter Gearhart Contract Value: $3.7M (Negotiated GMP - Cost of the Work Plus a Fee) Completion Date: September, 2008
The original Lynn High School, a 14,000+ square foot, two and one-half story, wood frame structure, built in 1850, will be converted into new office and programming space for this Lynn based non-profit that provides educational and recreational programs and activities for pre-teen and teenage girls. DeIulis Brothers was selected to act as the construction manager and provided pre-construction services to fast-track the project through design development. Construction on this historic rehabilitation and renovation project began in August, 2007 and entails significant reconstruction of the building’s structural elements resulting from decades of non-use, neglect and exposure to the weather.

Project: Saint Francis of Assisi Parish Elevator / Entry Addition, Braintree, MA Project Owner: Archdiocese of Boston Architect: Design Partnership Architects, Inc. / Angelo Petrozzelli Contract Value: $1.266M Completion Date: April, 2008
DeIulis Brothers has extensive experience in the construction, renovation, and restoration of religious buildings and has completed numerous projects for the Archdiocese of Boston since completing its first project in 1986. This project will provide much needed handicap access and facilities, as well as an expanded sacristy, while the Church remains in use during construction.
Project: Shute Library Condominiums, Lynn, MA Project Owner: DeIulis Properties, LLC Architect: Gray Architects, Inc. / Dennis Gray Contract Value: Negotiated Completion Date: November, 2008
This DeIulis affiliate submitted the winning bid to acquire a former library building from the City of Lynn and convert it into eight residential condominiums. While maintaining the existing building footprint, dormers will be added to the roof and the existing attic floor will be reframed to create a third level, allowing for four two level living spaces to go along with four single level units
