Following its successful reconstruction of the dining and function portion of the building over the winter of 2002-2003, starting in October of 2003 DeIulis Brothers continued work on the remainder of the building, providing necessary structural stability, installing new exterior siding and roofing, upgrading building systems, improving access and refurbishing the interior spaces. DeIulis Brothers used its own forces to complete the key phases of work, including demolition, shoring, masonry and carpentry work on the project.  Items of note included the following:

  • Construction of new handicap ramp to blend with the exterior design features
  • Reconstruction of front entrance, lobby and reception area
  • Detailed interior finishes and reconstruction of main staircase
  • Installation of elevator and new handicap bathrooms
