DeIulis Brothers participated in a design/build proposal to construct a new building for Comrex Corporation, a manufacturing company that was looking to relocate to the former Ft. Devens Army Base. Although we were successful with the proposal, construction was delayed for almost one year because the owner encountered unexpected difficulties in acquiring the site. When the land acquisition was finalized, DeIulis Brothers agreed to hold its original price in order for construction to proceed.
