Danvers Atrium, Danvers, MA
At a cost of $3.1M, this retail and office building included 60,000 square feet on three levels. The building was constructed using structural steel and masonry with a brick exterior and included 10,000 square feet of underground parking, 20,000 square feet of street level retail space, 20,000 square feet of second floor office space, and related fit-up work for each.

Prince Professional Building, Salem, MA
This project involved the preservation of two historic wood framed buildings. The buildings themselves had fallen into disrepair and were completely renovated and converted into first class professional office space. The project, which qualified for historic tax crdits, consisted of 17,000 square feet of construction, including office fit-ups, at a cost of $1.2M.

We have completed a number of different projects for several banks, including Salem Five, Eastern Bank, Marblehead Savings Bank, Cape Ann Savings Bank, the former George Peabody Cooperative Bank (later North Shore Bank), the former Essex Bank (later Bank of New England), and the former Lynn Five (later First Colonial Bank).
Medical Offices & Clinics
For our physician and medical provider clients we have completed several projects in the $100K-500K range, including work for the North Shore Medical Center and its physician members, ranging from individual offices to full walk-in clinics.
